Guests of Casa Redonda Suites have two meal options...

Included in our standard all inclusive packages are all meals taken at Playa Blanca's Seaside Restaurant.  The restaurant is a short 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride from the Casa Redonda Property.  Seating is typically family style, each dinner is served individually.  All meals taken at Playa Blanca consist of a homemade soup or fresh salad, entree' of the evening and a homemade dessert.

A sample menu served at Playa Blanca would consist of a fresh caesar salad, tossed with our famous caesar dressing, beef tenderloin shish kabobs skewered with peppers and onions and a slice of Ascension Bay Key Lime Pie.  Of course the bar is open all evening, serving all your favorite beverages.  Playa Blanca does have a nice selection of wines, although if you are particular you may want to request a specific bottle to be in stock.

Casa Redonda also offers a Private Chef Service to guest desiring to have a customized menu served privately at Casa Redonda in The Main House.  Casa Redonda is complete with a full service kitchen in which your private chef will be able to prepare you a variety of local gourmet cuisine.  Chef will bring along a service person to assist with the preparation, service and clean up.

Every evening Chef prepares a gourmet botana for all guests.  Botana is Chef's choice based on the freshest ingredients available.  Our sushi platter gets rave reviews!

An example of a Private Chef menu would consist of a Conch Ceviche served ice cold on a bed of greens with fresh tostada chips, locally caught Caribbean Lobster marinated and grilled over an open flame and served with a skewer of grilled fresh vegetables and a slice of pineapple upside down cake topped with coconut shavings.  Casa Redonda will be stocked with a selection of your favorite beverages - non alcoholic as well as alcoholic - per your request.

We are confident enough in our Chef to say that we would compare our cuisine to that of the finest restaurants found on the mainland.  Although NO OTHER restaurant has our unique Caribbean island, beachfront setting.  Our cuisine is second to none.

Our infrastructure was designed with quality in mind.  Top of the line generators power industrial refrigerators enabling us to buy and keep the freshest ingredients in perfect condtion.

The kitchens are well kept and extremely clean.  Chef always seems to have something on the stove in preparation of the next serving.

The biggest surprise to most guests is the fact that Chef prepares fresh bread every single.  It is hard to imagine such a remote location with fresh bread served every meal.
