A few questions you need to ask anyone representing any angling property are - "When was the last time you fished at this property?  When are you planning on going back?  How many times do you visit each year?"  The answers to these questions will give you a better idea of whether or not you are dealing with a knowledgeable representative.  The most reliable information comes from those who actually fish these waters on a regular basis, not just once a year on a free "fam" trip.  Palm Valley Outfitters has local Yucatan representatives who are on site in the Yucatan.
